Data were collected from 200 firms of SMEs including Micro enterprises and data were analyzed by using SPSS-18 version software. A structural questionnaire was developed for reliability and validity of data. The relationship of labor and capital with gross firm output were analyzed through linear production function model, Cobb-Douglas production model, and surmounting logarithm production function model.
