THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE FLEXTIME ON INCREASING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

ABSTRACT
The first objective of this study is to investigate the correlation between employee
flextime and employee motivation, as well as the correlation between employee flextime and
employee productivity. The second objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between
employee flextime and employee motivation, as well as the relationship between employee flextime
and employee productivity. Utilizing a sample of voluntary participants, the findings of this
quantitative study, revealed a positive and significant correlation between employee flextime and
employee motivation, and a positive and significant correlation between employee flextime and
employee productivity.
